The aim of the training is to enable operational staff to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to operate as a medical support center in hard-to-reach places, only accessible to rescue teams with ropes.

The trainees learn to stabilise and immobilise victims for transport. Grown from TTPs (Tasks Techniques Procedures) of medics in hostile environment and conflict areas. Where operational personnel are far removed from the medical chain and the responsibility for medical care rests with the personnel on site. This is a training mainly aimed at trauma victims.

Necessary prior knowledge

Rescuer GRIMP IMP 2, ITRA rope level 1 & 2, Rescuer RED or demonstrable knowledge as a rope rescue technician or rope access technician (minimum level 2). valid first aid certificate including BLS and AED.
