Without prior medical knowledge, this 4-hour training will teach you how to stop heavy bleeding very quickly and effectively with the correct materials, both on others and on yourself.
STOP THE BLEED
If you have a severe arterial bleeding, you can die after just a few minutes. Immediate action is life-saving here. The emergency services usually take more than 10 minutes to arrive. That is why it is important that bystanders and workmates can perform these life-saving actions.
